I was in the market for a white G65 and it was next to impossible to find one. I saw a used one on the Mercedes of Boston website and went in to check it out and worked with Paolo who found me a new one that was coming into inventory and we negotiated a very fair price and I had the car the next day delivered to my home with full instruction on every feature of the car. The entire process was quick, painless and easy. I would recommend this dealership and Paolo to anyone in the market for a new or used Mercedes.
Georgina went over and beyond assisting my mother and I in purchasing a new vehicle. She was very attentive and patient to my mother wants and needs of a vehicle. She also followed my mom home because she forgot the seconds keys of the previous car. I appreciate all that you did for my mother, a highly recommend you and your services to everyone.

I test drove several cars in all entry luxury class (mercedes, bmw, audi, lexus) and went to five dealerships before ending at Mercedes Benz of Boston. Not only did I love the mercedes more as a car, Thomas was the individual dealer (of all that I met with) that left me wanting him to get the commission. Paolo was very knowledgeable about the car and your finance guy was a great guy.Wonderful waiting room with water and fruit cup helps make the visit enjoyable. Very clean showroom as well. These things matter. No hard sell tactics from anyone. Enjoyed the extended test drive with Paolo.

My husband just purchased a Mercedes from herb chambers mercedes of Boston and I can't say enough GREAT things about our experience. I met Gina when I came into the Mercedes Benz dealership and the experience I received was extrodinary. I had not purchased a car for 6 years and Gina explained the specs of the car and its functionality for what I would be using the car for. My job had taken me to California and Gina went out of her way to make sure that the paperwork was completed quickly and worked with the car insurance company and the DMV to get all the paperwork expidited. A short while ago I stopped by Mercedes Benz Boston. I met with a lovely young woman, Georgina. She showed her excellence not only by her brand knowledge and proficiency with the overall process.
