Thomas Parker was the salesman who met me at the dealership as i called in to set up an appointment to purchase a new Mercedes 550 GL i would grade Thomas as the best automobile dealer that i have ever worked with his knoledge of the vehicles and his personality made for an excellent buying experience. After doing my research on the car I was interested in, I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Boston and spoke with Jen Somerville. Jen was helpful and knowledgeable and after our conversation ended, I just knew this was the dealership to work with. I went to the Mercedes Benz of Boston, Somerville location, meet with Mr. Thomas Parker to test drive a CPO Mercedes. Mr. Parker was by far the most professional and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. He explained the differences in the models I was comparing and I test drove several cars. I found my dream car with no pressure, no confusion and no stress. In fact, the whole process was smooth, comfortable and actually fun. I highly recommend Mr. Parker and Mercedes Benz of Boston.

After much procrastination, research and the dreaded stories that you hear about car sale people, I decided it was time for a new car. I was introduced to Georgina. Jeff Tucker is the great sales person! He helped us to lease my daughter's C-class. Jeff was very accommodating and friendly, he helped us with everything we needed. It took a bit longer to get a car but it wasn't his fault I guess. I will definitely recommend the dealership and this particular sales consultant to my friends and family. Great staff, great service!

This past weekend, went into the dealer looking to trade-in my 2007 GL450 for its smaller sister SUV - the 2013 ML 350 and did just that in about 1 1/2 hour! This was in great part to Mr. Thomas Parker (A Magnificent Salesman from beginning to the end) efforts who worked with me seamlessly and one step at a time leading to a sale/buy.
