Jeff Tucker is a wonderful sales consultant that helped me picked out my GLK350. He is knowledgeable and professional. The experience was good, even though the sales cycle took a bit longer than usual. He was very accommodating in all aspects and took care of all matters. Even when the buying experience did not go as planned, he stepped up to the plate and managed my expectations. I was very impressed with his quality of work and customer service level. I would highly recommend him!

I went to Herb Chambers because of a past experience years ago that left me with a strong loyalty towards the dealership. My sales person was Georgina, she was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating. She helped me find a car that I love and the price was right! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I would highly recommend contacting Georgina at Herb Chambers if you are in the market for a new or used car.

Gina was a delight to purchase my car from. While it was not a Mercedes nor was the vehicle I purchased at Mercedes of Boston, but in the Sudbury location, Gina happily got he vehicle for me and brought it to my home so I could test drive it. She made sure to educate herself with th vehicle so when I picked it up she could answer my questions and give me an overview of its features. Five stars for Gina!

I was in the market for a specific, pre-owned vehicle and I was in the market for a specific, pre-owned vehicle and had been looking for a few weeks when I met Gina Julian.
