I am originally from NJ and had looked at the Mercedes I was interested in while at home for a weekend. I was all ready to purchase the following week but came to find out that I would need to be physically in the store by May 31 to purchase which was not feasible for me. Really recommend MB of Boston. Thomas Parker was great to work with - very professional, went out of his way to wheel and deal with other dealership to get me the car I wanted at a great price, all with a time crunch (previous lease expiring, needed a car!). Even follows up from time to time to check in if the car is doing okay, if I need anything, etc. I am no high roller for MB so it is very much appreciated. I came to Boston back in January 2013, and rented a Mercedes Benz GL at Hertz. Unfortunately the first problem I had back in January on snow time was the windshield wipers didn't work. That's why I drove to Mercedes Boston. I drove in, I was greeted right away, and I explained my problem, the valet took care of me, took me inside to body parts and I bought the windshield wiper. Gina is not only fabulous, she's also incredibly knowledgeable about Mercedes, and genuinely wants her customers to get a car they love. Unlike other dealerships and salespeople, she made buying my car easy and stress-free, going out of her way to assist with short deadlines and added complications.
