Gina is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes line-up and what each model has to offer in order to satisfy clients' criterion. Very accommodating in terms of setting up appointments at various times of the day. Recommend based on her diligent, but non-intrusive, work ethic and enthusiasm. As an owner herself, she does not emanate the presence of the typical salesperson and helps to create an overall amicable process.

It was a pleasure working with Gina, she is very personable and genuine qualities that are difficult to find in the typical sales person. Even when we hit a glitch and I am a very demanding consumer and can be overbearing, she just smiled and worked hard to resolve the issue!!

I had a great expereince with my sales rep Kyle Dailey. I had found the car on Cars.com and then pursued it at Herb Chambers. I can't say enough about Kyle, he was so professional and knowledgeable.... he sure knows cars! He made me 100% comfortable after a bad car experience in western MA where I bought a Mercedes... wasn't the right car for us. Gina Julian is certainly the star of this dealership. She is accommodating, understanding, and most importantly, is a woman of her word. Gina went out of her way to ensure we received exactly what we were looking for, and remained in contact with us long after the purchase of our black S550.
