It has been a life long dream to own a Mercedes-Benz , a process that I thought would be painful turned out to be the exact opposite. I may have had a specific desire when entering the dealership, but Georgina made it a reality. As we went back and forth during each step of the process, she made sure every detail was reviewed and addressed until done right. A very 'no nonsense' approach that I appreciated immensely.

This is my second ML350 that I purchased at Mercedes –Benz of Boston. This was my first diesel purchase; Gina Julian was very informative and knowledgeable about the diesel model features, which helped firm up my decision to select the diesel. When I decided to buy a Mercedes, I contacted several dealerships in the Boston area. The sales reps acted as if they were doing me a favor and were very slow to respond to my inquiries.
