We leased a GL 450 from this dealer a few years ago and to be candid with everybody, it wasn’t the best experience. When we, casually, started looking again we decided to drop by and see the cars which is how we met Gina. Gina went above and beyond to help us find ML 350 which we leased. Thanh Nguyen did great job and made my buying expereince pleasant and refreshing. He took care of necessary repairs and even ordered new car mats. He ordered extra key and shipped to my home. He went over details of cars, service requirement and followed up to check on the car's performance. Prior to this I bought another car from Herb Chambers (Audi Burlington) where the expereince was very bad.

I saw an vehicle online at Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston. I walked in and Georgina introduced herself as my salesperson. My experience with her could not have been any better. I just wanted to relay a positive experience I had today at Herb Chambers Mercedes. I went in today to look at a used Chrysler Town and Country. I inquired on the internet if the vehicle was still available, and received a quick response from Dana. I made the 40 minute drive down and was met by Salesman Thomas Parker.
