I came in to see an Escalade that was advertised online, as I arrived Gina Julian was outside waiting for me with the Escalade perfectly polished to show it to me. I got my new car less then 24 hours ago, and I have already shared my amazing experience with all my Co-workers, all because of Gina, I cannot praise Gina enough, she made my car buying experience absolute PLEASURE, unlike other sales agents, she listened to what I wanted and without wasting my time she got me THE CAR! she remained upbeat and positive during the entire transaction, she is absolutely Fantastic and the Best, I would recommend her over and over.

Ms. Stavropoulos provided the most professional service and attention I have ever received in purchasing a car. I walked away feeling extremely satisfied that I had gotten the necessary information, great price and perfect car for me. i would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to purchase a Mercedes Benz without the normal pressure one receives from others. I was a Lexus customer prior to coming to Mercedes of Boston, and was, frankly, looking for a more comfortable car and a more comfortable buying experience. I received both at this dealership. I worked with Gina Julian over the course of a month or so (I had some time before my lease was officially 'up'), and she was warm, knowledgeable, and very professional. I love my new car, and plan to return to this dealership and recommend it to my friends, as well.
This is the 4th vehicle I have purchase from Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston. From the moment I inquired thru email to Mercedes Benz of Boston my experience was fantastic. I received a return phone call soon after saying that they would be glad to help us and set up an appointment for us. Now, we had visited a Toyota Dealership (not Herb Chambers) the prior Sunday for 5 hours. Gina was polite and approached my wife and me graciously, allowing us to explore the car on our own. She was not intrusive but made the right conversation to understand our needs and make my wife happy.
