We really liked Chase. He was very professional but also kind and funny! He helped us with our new GLS purchase and was very knowledgeable, even though he’s fairly new to Mercedes. If he didn’t know something he said so and then got the answer for us. When it (at first) looked like he wouldn’t be able to find what we wanted he was helpful even though it didn’t benefit him. We would highly recommend Chase (and already have - to a close family member!) for future Mercedes purchases. -Angela Chisholm

Tom was amazing. Made the whole process so easy. I was out of town in a different state and he was able to get me paperwork and have the car delivered so I wouldn’t come home and be without transport. Best buying experience ever. Cal, the sales manager was phenomenal. And Chris, thank you for driving two hours in the hot Texas sun and traffic to make sure I had my vehicle. Visited Mercedes to get my car serviced, my agent was Chad and he was AMAZING. Very professional, charismatic and personable, he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. He placed me in a 2025 GLC300 loaner and I loved it so much that when I returned it, I told Chad I’m going to buy one today. He took me to Val, whom is also WONDERFUL. We both feel like the dealership treat us very fair and kind and very informative, really took care of us. We’ve been shopping at the Oklahoma dealership and they were not as kind. I have to say Chase went above and beyond to take care of us.
