oil change I love how instead of the car wash coupon you actually wash the cars after their serviced now. I was also suprised when I got in and saw the floor vaccumed

Service rep was very informative and handle my problem I bought my car at Northampton VW and had all my services done there. I just had a problem with an engine light that they took care of. Always helpful and respectful of the customer. The last tech Ryan Nelson along with others have been great to deal with. What else can you say no hassle maintenance..

Wonderful I had a wonderful expierence as soon as I met with bill. He made my visit to VW so easy. He explained everything so we understood as I don't understand everything about cars and all the policies. I appreciate the time spent and the attitude he gave us. We spent a lot of times there and went back after shopping around because his personality and knowledge made it so much better, and truly felt like our money was well spent.
Awesome salesman This is my second Jetta that I've leased from Northampton VW. Both times my salesperson was Jason Leclair. I couldn't recommend a better salesperson. He is always very kind and helpful not only to myself but my family as well who also leased cars from him. Great to come back to a familiar face. Keep up the good work.
