Mark was very helpful and worked diligently to get us into the right vehicle. He also gave a very fair price for the car we purchased. He truely cared that we got the right car for us. Definatly one of the best salesmen ive ever came to.

When the time came for me to get a new car, my wife suggested a VW, she's had a Beetle since 2007 and loves it. Northampton VW is very close to where we live, and after test driving a new Jetta, I was hooked. Great ride, better, more comfortable than either Toyota or Honda, in my opinion, great price, friendly efficient service (that would be Mark). Driving this car really puts a smile on my face, I'd recommend the Jetta and the dealership to anyone. Jack Pezanelli

The short version: I had the opportunity to get the car for a little less at another dealership but bought it here because the service and experience was great. When your car comes with three years of service included, how you are treated when you buy the car is hugely important. Think about it this way, when a dealership is trying to make a sale, that is the nicest they will ever be to you. This is the second time that I have bought a car from the Country family and both times I could have not asked for more. They honestly try to give you the best deal and they make sure you get the car you want for a great price. I had negative equity on both trade-ins and both times they gave me a few extra thousand on my trade while taking a few thousand off the sticker price. I visited Northampton Volkswagen to check out the Jetta Sportwagen. Mark Flynn was helpful and showed me several of the reasonably priced vehicles in stock. I ended up buying one after I thought it over and called him back a few days later. He was thorough in getting the car ready for me.
