I have nothing bad to say. My experience purchasing the 2012 Golf was easy and the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful. They have followed up with to make sure everything is still good. Its excellent!!! I'm very satisfied with the sale.

After my windshield wiper stopped working during a major downpour, I took my car to Northampton Volkswagen for emegency service. Explaining the problem to Carlos, the car was examined, while I waited in the waiting room. When called down to discuss the problem, I was informed the wiper motor needed replaceed and before I could ask, I was also informed that a loaner car would be provided, because, the part needed to be ordered. Overall very good experience - 1st time I used this dealership. They even detected a problem created during my last visit to another VW dealership. The appointment was on time, they finished within the time indicated, and reviewed the service performed in detail.
Looking into possible replacement for my Corolla, so I'm considering a Golf. Had a pleasant chat about the specifics (Volts being one of the only brands to retain value like Toyota) and was pleased with the calm and articulate manner of customer service.
