i have visited with this dealership for over a period of seven months and looking to get out of a lease and mark flynn was the agent that i dealt with and when volkswagen extended their sign and drive program to the 6th of ja. 2014,mark contacted me and we were able to both agree on a buyout on my lease!! mark flynn was courteous and always ready to assist witout being pushy ......a true professioal in all sense of the word.....[ am completely satisfied

I was pleased with everything about my experience at northampton volkswagen. The show room is very comfortable. I enjoyed the friendlyness of the employees towards me and each other. Everyone at Northampton Volkswagen has always been friendly and honest with me. Today I forgot to bring my wallet for my oil change appointment, but the staff were very happy to let me retrieve it and come in later in the day to pay. It's typically friendly of them. I would definitely use Northampton Volkswagen. again, and would recommend them to anyone else.

On Black Friday, I had been to 4 dealerships. When I walked into Northampton Volkswagen I wasn't sure I was going to buy a Volkswagen. Dan Guarnieri was the first person to greet my partner and I. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were impressed with the professional,knowledgable and friendly staff. Mark really listened to us and showed us the kind of vehicle that fit our needs. They were friendly from the time I walked in to the time I left. Mark followed up a couple of days later to see how my new ride was. It rides great.... Had a nice tour of the dealership and hi 5 everyone when I left with my new car.

Bill, the floor manager, was very responsive and clearly aimed to please. When I took delivery of my vehicle, the plates and registration had not been ready and he made it right 2 days later and personally brought them right to me in the parking lot before I even walked into the dealership.
