This is my third interaction in buying/leasing a vehicle. I also have spent time at Northampton VW for service. People there are friendly and courteous. I expect them to be knowledgeable. I have had success with other vehicle makes but the people at Noho VW will bring me back again and again. If the service people tell me that it will take an hour, it takes 45 minutes. I originally went to Volkswagen to find out where the previous dealership had moved to. I was going to their new location to look at purchasing a vehicle. I was working on pulling into the dealership when my car decided it wasn't going to work any longer.
