There customer service was much better than my prior experience. Past experience with customer service at this location left a lot to be desired. The wait time was decent.

I received a survey today but it was not working. So for my review since I couldn't reply to the survey would be that my husband and I had decide not to returned to our previous car dealership because of the way we were treated for the past seven years. So we drove to Serpentini Chevrolet, I had already done research on this dealership. After a situation with our first salesman, Carla stepped in and helped us. She was so professional and cared about all my needs for what I was looking for.
