SERVICE the service was fast, and efficient. I had my oil changed, was offered a car wash and accepted. the car was cleaned and looked better than it did when i arrived. I used a coupon that i found online whick saved me $10.

replace hanging sealer of windshield. My windshield was replaced on my 2015 Cruze in August 2017 when I bought the car (before I could take possession), with Pat O'Brien, Willoughby, Oh In 2019 I made an appt to have the sealer, on the drivers side, replaced because it came dislodged while driving on the freeway. I could not make that appt because my car was in repair for 5wks after I got rear-ended. I was able to tape it back on in the mean time. I had one concern. But we worked it out and they were great. Good Experience do use car manager corrected all the issues with a smile. Along with Jeff really went to bed for me. I would consider buying another car with Jeff as my salesman whether it be new or used

professional and efficient Phil Watts handled my service and has been doing so for years. He is very professional and courteous. There was a note for a loaner car to be ready and paperwork was not ready but Phil handled efficiently and I was able to make my client meeting timely.
