When we decided to start looking for a new vehicle for my wife. We went to multiple dealerships much closer to my home. Entered dealership expecting the same old experience. (which in my opinion is never good). Sam approached me, asked if he could help, and 48 hrs later I drove my registered vehicle off their lot. SAMs no nonsense approach was refreshing and hugely appreciated, I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, Sam made it happen. A huge thanks to him, and not only will I recommend him and that dealership, I will be returning their shortly to trade in another car.

When I purchased my ridgeline I also purchased simonize protection. The paint on the vehicle became very rough, I brought it in and was helped by Jimmy White. Although it wasn't a failure by Honda or Herb chambers Jimmy helped me contact Clear Coat and fill out a claim. After a couple of go rounds with them getting no where Jimmy helped me with the right answers that they wanted and paper work to file the claim. Sam H was very good helping to purchase a "first car" for my son. My son was a new driver and anxious about the process but Sam drove with him, helped him to relax and helped to make both of us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. I had visited this dealership in the past and was not pleased with experience I had, I am glad that we decided to try it again!

We went already knowing what vehicle we wanted. Anthony Kent met us and was not pushy but helped to explain the vehicle, options and accessories, and pricing. Anthony went out of his way to get the wheels we were interested in so we could see them and helped us to select accessories that would be useful.
