Mark Vincent was excellent at providing as much as information as possible about the vehicle and carefully pointed out the features and benefits of the 2013 Civic. He took me for a test ride to show me what he explained and I concurred. He was knowledgeable and very courteous and I would deal with him again.

Tony made everything very clear and provided good logical options. The shuttle service is terrific - really fits in with my work day. The folks at the cashier and appointment desk were super friendly. Overall, a great experience.

Mark was very focused on what I was looking for. He recognized what was important to me and did not waste my time with repeated attempts to try and sell me something I did not want. When my new vehicle was ready, he delivered it to my home in person.

Our dealing with Mark Vincent was very positive. He helped us pick out the exact vehicle that made my wife happy and that we could afford to purchase.
Mark is fabulous! He is very patient and knowledgeable. If considering buying a Honda, i would HIGHLY recommend you go into the dealership and ask for him. Not only is he friendly and actually helpful, he is honest and by no means tries and BS that so many other car salesmen do.
