Our experience at this dealership and with Mark Vincent has been absolutely excellent. I think a good measure of our experience here is that we recently returned and bought a new CRV and Accord, again working with Mark. He really knows these vehicles, is great to work with and the whole experience is relaxed and no-pressure. I came in to the dealership not sure about which vehicle was best for me or even if I wanted a Honda. Mark took me through each and every one of the vehicles - the Civic, the Accord, the CR-V and helped me come to a decision. Everyone at the service center was kind and courteous. Tony took me through the process and managed to get my service and software upgrade down in half the time he originally quoted. The price was higher than I had hoped, and that's with deferring some maintenance that I'm sure will come back the next time around. That being said, I loved the customer waiting area and the courtesy shuttle back home was perfect! Couldn't recommend this place (outside of the price) more.

I have never enjoyed buying a car but walking into Herb Chambers in Westborough and meeting Francis Sebelon made the experience the best I've had. He had a calming demeanor, soft spoken and I never felt the pressure that I have felt in previous purchases. He did a great job, very nice person.

Tom is amazing. He was great working with my wife and me as we purchased a CRV in March 2012. Seven months later, Super Storm Sandy hit and my wife's sister's van was a total loss. She (the sister) knew she wanted a CRV, but there weren't any on Long Island. Tom drove the CRV all the way to LI and delivered it to their driveway. He then went with my in-laws to the department of motor vehicles and sat with them for hours as the DMV processed the paperwork for a vehicle purchased out of state. Unbelievable service.
