It was a very good experience visiting Herb Chambers Honda. I was greeted by Tony who remembered me from previous visits and he took care of everything. He ordered the parts and offered a rental car on the day of service. I have serviced my vehicle many times in this dealership, Tony went over and beyond to accommodate me and get me back on the road! We bought our second Honda Odyssey from Mark Vincent at Herb Chambers last March. Mark is the only auto salesperson whose card I ever kept. When we went to buy our second Odyssey we asked for Mark only to work with us. Mark is a sincere and knowledgeable salesperson. Tony always does a great job. On this particular occasion, we had just completed a service and a few days later, I noticed that the dipstick had not been placed back into the transmission. I called Tony, he had me bring our car back in and had a technician immediately inspect the transmission. They completed a full service on the transmission at no charge. Tony and Company did the right thing. We will continue using Herb Chambers because they take care of customers no matter what.

I purchased a Honda Fit from Tom Kelley and it was a great experience. For me, when purchasing a car it is crucial that I feel comfortable with the individual who is selling the car and Tom Kelley was top notch. Tony always greets me with a smile and a handshake. This was not my first service here. He always explains what the service is and the costs. If any other service is needed (eg. wiper blades), he notifies me immediatel;y as to time and cost. It's a pleasure duing business with this dealer as apposed to others. As to the poor rating on service someone told Tony that the vehicle had "wheel locks" and needed the key. I did not recall needing a key on my prior visit.
