Tom was great. He was very professional and helpful. There was no pressure. He did a great job going over the Pilot with me. This is the 3nd honda we have perchased from Herb Chambers with great satisfaction

I have had the pleasure of leasing my last 2 vehicles from Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. Both times I received exceptional service and a quality vehicle. Most recently I leased from Rich Merlino; he was such a pleasure to work with and made the process quick and fun. I'm looking forward to leasing from him again the next time.

It was a pleasure working with Tony. He is friendly and customer-oriented person. He showed me different options on the services of my CRV and how I could save. He even gave me some advise and safety tips on my tires during winter. I definitely come back for the next service.

I have worked with Tony a few times now and each time he has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. The first time he even went out of his way to video tape the odometer on my car as it hit 20,000 miles (long story--but he kindly drove me to work in my car after I missed the shuttle, but it meant that I missed the mileage change!) and he later emailed it to me. My family and I had been wishy-washy over buying a new car, and went back and forth for years about doing it. When we first visited this dealership, we meet with Rich Merlino, who couldn't have taken better care of our needs and answered our questions. The biggest issue was us willing to pull the trigger. Fast forward 2 years later, and I contacted Rich again, and he stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park for us. We had a very positive experience during the purchase process for our Honda Pilot 2013. Francis was very courteous and explained all aspects of the process very well. He was very patient with us and showed us many vehicles for our consideration. When time came for the paper work, he went out of the way to come to my work place to pick up the documents. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda and Francis Sebelon to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle.

Our experience at this dealership and with Mark Vincent has been absolutely excellent. I think a good measure of our experience here is that we recently returned and bought a new CRV and Accord, again working with Mark. He really knows these vehicles, is great to work with and the whole experience is relaxed and no-pressure.
