Tony went out of his way to be helpful. He offered me a complimentary shuttle ride home because my car was going to take so long to be fixed. When I returned, he was very good about keeping me up-to-date on the progress of the service. I would highly recommend going to Herb Chambers; Tony's attentiveness made it a very pleasant experience.

I have worked with Tony a few times now and each time he has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. The first time he even went out of his way to video tape the odometer on my car as it hit 20,000 miles (long story--but he kindly drove me to work in my car after I missed the shuttle, but it meant that I missed the mileage change!) and he later emailed it to me. My family and I had been wishy-washy over buying a new car, and went back and forth for years about doing it. When we first visited this dealership, we meet with Rich Merlino, who couldn't have taken better care of our needs and answered our questions. The biggest issue was us willing to pull the trigger. We had a very positive experience during the purchase process for our Honda Pilot 2013. Francis was very courteous and explained all aspects of the process very well.
