Francis was professional and knowledgeable when I was looking for a new Accord. He listened carefully to what my needs were and found several choices to consider. He even recommended a model (the Accord Sport) that I hadn't considered but ultimately bought. I love it! My van was wobbling while driving and took it to other service centers. They could not fix it. Tony got it fixed upto 90%. Thanks, I give Tony all 5s. About the price, he did what he could do the best I believe.

After driving a practical, boring SUV for almost 10 years, I wanted to find a nice car that was comfortable and fun to drive. I looked at a wide range of cars and decided I wanted a Chevy Camaro. I have 2 Hondas I purchased at this dealership and have been using them for all my service. Not the lowest price but you get what you pay for and I don’t feel guilty pocketing an extra K-cup on the way out. I am always happy when I get Tony as I pull in. He is cheerful and really hustles around. He consistently takes time to explain my service options before service and what they did afterwards. I am very happy with my new Honda Accord sport, and the purchasing experience at Herb Chambers Honda. I worked with Mark Vincent. It was a very good experience visiting Herb Chambers Honda. I was greeted by Tony who remembered me from previous visits and he took care of everything. He ordered the parts and offered a rental car on the day of service. I have serviced my vehicle many times in this dealership, Tony went over and beyond to accommodate me and get me back on the road!
