Tony was very helpful and friendly. He explained the sevice that my car needed and provided it very quickly. He also went out his way to show me how to do the touch up paint on my car. I am very grateful for his help.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tony Ngo at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough, MA for a number of years now. He always has been friendly, professional and communicative no matter how busy his day. Tony always has made sure my Honda service needs were met, but he really went above and beyond for me in August 2013 when the Radio/Cassette/6-CD unit in my 10-year-old Honda died. I have had Tony as my service manager on at least two occasions when visiting Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for service. He has made me feel welcome and well taken care of every time. He is clear, knowledgeable and communicates well. The quality of the work has always been great and I always leave the dealership with a feeling of confidence that my vehicle has been well taken care of. When I had to get a new car I was not looking forward to the task. However, when my husband and I met with Tom Kelley he helped to get us started without any pressure. Knowing what we needed in a car, he helped us to narrow down the list of choices. I was able to return the very next day and drive home in our new car which was both within our budget and a very fun car.

I have to say my experience with Mark was very positive. I was trading in our Honda CRV for a new one, I knew what I wanted and the numbers mattered to me. Mark worked hard to make the deal I was comfortable with. My wife went in to pick up her new car and had the same positive experience. Mark sat with her in the vehicle and showed her the basics of her new car. She left knowing she could go back to Mark anytime for a tutorial ( especially with her new navigation system). Tony was very helpful, courteous and honest and clearly explained the services performed on my car and exactly how much it would cost. He communicated with me throughout the day which was very important to me.My husband and I both have Hondas and will continue to have our services done at Herb Chambers.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tony Ngo in the service department. His professional customer service skills are top notch. He goes out of his way to please the customer. My fiance and I were in the market for a used Honda Fit. We saw that there was a 2010 with low mileage at this dealership, so we went there to check it out. By the time we got there, the car had been sold. We started talking to Mark, and we talked about purchasing a new car. After some painless negotiation, we were able to trade in our old car for a 2013 Honda Fit. This was our first time buying a new car, and it was pretty painless!

I was there for oil change for my honda civic, I had a prior appointment, for which when i reached the center, tony was there to help me throughout and he was very friendly, helpful and courteous.In the end my car was ready in time and well cleaned. I would definitely suggest this center to anybody.
