Rich helped me in understanding my needs and identifying the best vehicle for me. He is very friendly, informative and an excellent guy. I was also pretty much comfortable with the pricing and the service from the dealership.

I have now either leased or purchased three cars through this dealership. Each time I worked with Rich Merlino on the sales side. I go back to Herb Chambers because I always have a very professional and honest experience with Rich. He is very knowledgable and since I am a sales and marketing professional myself I am appreciative of his respect of the customer and the overall experience that he provides. "Don't use a dealer, they will always rip you off." "Dealers just want to sell you a new car, they could care less about service." "Dealer service is a necessary evil for recalls only." Tony was very friendly and helpful when we brought our Pilot in for regular service. He explained everything completely and texted me when the service was done so we could arrange a pick up time. Great service and great attitude!

Tony was very helpful, patient and professional. I did have to come in 2 days in a row to get my power steering issue resolved, but that was not Tony's fault. Tony made at least 2 calls to me to update me on the progress during the day. The shuttle service was very convenient, dropping me off at my front door, and calling me to see if I wanted a return trip to pick up my car - and a very nice fellow also!!

Tony was an exceptional service consultant that help my wife and I. He took the time to explain everything to both of us so we were able to understand what our service options were. I came in later in the evening to buy a Honda Civic. Francis Sebelon was fantastic in showing me what was available and patient in waiting (beyond his shift) until I was completely satisfied before leaving.
Francis made the decision to purchase a new Honda Pilot and easy one. He demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the Pilot and was able to help me appreciate the key features which make the Pilot such a great vehicle. Of course he provided me with a competitive price and offer for my trade-in. Overall I could see that everyone at Herb Chambers was aligned to provide a comfortable and professional experience, with Francis bringing up the team batting average. I recommend Francis and Herb Chambers without reservation.
