Tony was amazingly helpful providing information without being pushy. He provided all the information I needed to make my decision. He also helped explain me stuff about things that I chose not to get fixed at the dealership. Thanks a lot

Tony was nice. I even forgot about my car and he saw to it that I was able to pick it up after hours and checked up on me.

Friendly service, cordial reception, service explained in detailwhen I arrived to have my car serviced the showroom was not yet opened as soon as Tony saw me waiting he opened the bay door and warmly greeted me. It is nice to be treated as a person and not just as a form of income for the dealership.

Francis was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was very friendly, patient, understanding, and very willing to help. As mentioned by another commenter, he was not pushy at all. In fact, we left the dealership and came back. I would highly recommend working with Francis. Probably would not recommend the dealership, if not for him. Great guy, so not your stereotypical scheming car salesman.

My husband and I were very pleased with Francis's helpfulness and the friendliness and efficiency of everyone we dealt with at Herb Chambers Honda. We bought our other car (a Prius) at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn and found the service there to be quite good, but not as good as at Westboro Honda. We would definitely recommend Francis as an excellent salesperson to work with.

Tony was very helpful with the service done on my car. He was very friendly and took the time to even remember my name (which is rare with companies these days). Tony even looked into a problem unrelated to the reason I was there in the first place :). The process was very smooth and I will definitely take my car back to Tony!
I was in for service because I picked up a nail in my tire. Tony was very friendly and professional. He checked in with me a couple of times while I was waiting for the car. It was a great experience dealing with Tony.
