Tony Ngo is very friendly and helpful. He never tries to make you pay for more than you have to. He knows understands cars. Easily the best car buying experience ever. No pressure, easy transaction, and Rich actually made it really fun. We tell everyone to go there, and we will definitely be back.
Tony has greeted me with a friendly smile and attended to my appointment in a timely manner. He made sure that I was comfortably settled in the waiting area. Beyond his call of duty, he even helped me connect to the wireless internet service so that I can do my work while waiting for the car to be serviced. The car was quickly serviced. Overall I had a very good experience every time when I brought my car in to this Herb Chambers for service.
Tony Ngo is by far the best rep I've ever dealt with at any dealership. He communicated daily with me about what was going on with my vehicle and far exceeded my expectations. In an industry where the consumer tends to distrust the the seller, Tony definitely puts that stereotype to rest. Great experience! Rich really helped me out a lot. I went to other dealers and they wouldn't try to help me at all because I'm young. Rich spent a lot of time with me and worked hard to try to get me the car I wanted. My friends were impressed too. Thank you.
Overall service was excellent. In fact I have been to this service center to service was Honda Civic 2012 car but Mr. Tony has explained me the genuine reason as why my Honda Civic 2012 car not need service at this point of time ( Oil Indicator was showing 70%).
