Service was less expensive than I thought and it was performed in a very reasonable time frame while I waited in the customer lounge area. I REALLY enjoyed the ice cream selection there!!!

Tony Ngo is very friendly and helpful. He never tries to make you pay for more than you have to. He knows understands cars. Tony has greeted me with a friendly smile and attended to my appointment in a timely manner. He made sure that I was comfortably settled in the waiting area. Beyond his call of duty, he even helped me connect to the wireless internet service so that I can do my work while waiting for the car to be serviced. The car was quickly serviced. Overall I had a very good experience every time when I brought my car in to this Herb Chambers for service.

Tony Ngo is by far the best rep I've ever dealt with at any dealership. He communicated daily with me about what was going on with my vehicle and far exceeded my expectations. In an industry where the consumer tends to distrust the the seller, Tony definitely puts that stereotype to rest. Great experience!
