I have dealt with James White several times and have found him to be extremely, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous every time. He goes out of his way to help me with whatever my auto concerns are. I visited Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to lease my first car (a new Civic). Yury Menaker, my sales rep, was extremely professional, and, more importantly, helpful throughout the process, from my initial visit and decision to lease to the finalizing of my lease a month later. Anytime I need service on my car, I make sure that I give Jimmy White at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough a call. He has such a strong grasp on the knowledge of my car I feel lucky to have someone I trust working with my car. Jimmy knows the smallest details about what is right for my car and what is not. He gives me his honest feedback and lets me know his best estimate of the future forecast for my car so I can attempt to plan maintenance (as much that can be planned) with my finances. Tony is always friendly, courteous, and personable - a pleasure to work with. He always makes sure my car is taken care of promptly and professionally. He also takes the time to explain anything I am unsure of and helps me make the right decision for my vehicle and budget. All our experiences at Herb Chambers Honda in recent years have been pleasant and no-pressure. I would definitely recommend them for painless vehicle purchase and maintenance.

Came in for a regular service on 2010 Honda CRV. Tony was very curtious and made sure to ask questions regarding the driving experience in order to diagnose any issues with the car. He also checked to make sure there were no recalls for this model. Excellent customer service, makes you feel as the most important customer of Honda. Thanks Tony for a great experience.
