Upon moving to MA, I have always brought my 2 Honda cars to Herb Chambers Westborough. Among all the service managers I have dealt with over the years, Tony Ngo has stood up above the rest. Tony was very friendly and appreciative of our time. In fact, he even thanked me for arriving 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The service took a little longer than he predicted, but that was fine. It was mainly due to the weekend rush. But, he made sure that we were comfortable and tried to get us out as soon as possible. He also gave us a quote on new tires if we consider replacing them in the future. Definitely very helpful and friendly.

Tony helped me to get a service on my car recently. My experience was really good . He was kind enough to call my spouse and explain what's the service that my car needed. Also their shuttle service is excellent and convenient. Tony even took extra effort to text me and let me know when the service was complete. I highly recommend Tony and his services

Tony was excellent. He worked with us for our old car and helped us save $400 on Break works compare to other service centers. Toni Ngo is the best! We own 3 Honda's. Toni is the reason I bring them to this dealership to be serviced. He is professional and courteous. I trust him to give me solid advice on what needs to be done to keep our vehicles in top running condition. He always makes you feel like you are his only customer.
