Rich was great! He was patient with me, he let me drive 2 CRV's and he went through each vehicle inside and out. He took me on a tour of the dealership which included the service area and the financing office. When I picked up the vehicle, he went through the operaton of the vehicle and showed me the cnveniences of the CRV. In all of my years of car shopping, Rich was the best salesman that I hv had! Norman was very professional and curteous. He did not push or try to sell me something I wasn't looking for. He showed me what I wanted to see and answered all my questions. When I returned with the car for my inspecton sticker I was taken right away and the service was provided in a very timely manner. The overall experiance was very pleasurable. I will definately recommend Herb Chambers Honda and Norman Methe to friends and family.

We had visited a couple of dealerships in the area and could have bought the same car, same price at another however it was due to the professional and friendly dealing with Norman Methe that convinced us to purchase the vehicle at Herb Chambers. Norman was very easy to work with and we didn't feel pressured to purchase the vehicle.
