We have bought 2 Civics through Norman Methe and have had nothing but great, positive dealings with him. He worked very closely with us to make the purchases possible. It started out that I was going to look at cars but then I saw my Civic in red and had to have it. Norman made it possible. This was truly the best car experience we ever had. Norman was patient, informative and efficient due to our limited amout of time to buy a SUV. Mike Kelley was also great and made sure the process was smooth and made sure they had the SUV in stock before we arrived. Thank you to all, Tim & Jen Capalbo

I am very happy in all categories and all staff we delt with were great. This is our second time here for a vehicle and it is really far from where we live, but it is worth the trip. I will contuniue to get my cars here and have already recommended them to friends.

The salesman who worked with me, Henry Chew, was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. He worked with me to get the best car for the best price, He walked me through the financing process, explained my options thoroughly and did so without being too pushy or aggressive. He nicely explained the features of the car and how things worked, ensuring my satisfaction.

Norman was a very personable salesmen. We felt so cumfortable with his attention to every detail. Norman made sure that the car was ready for us and when the service could not get a front end paint protector on the car in time, he made sure that when bringing the car back that I got home and got the car back once again all cleaned for us. With all this we felt so good about Norman's service that we had our daughter buy a car from Norman.

The sales person I worked with, Norman Methe was just outstanding and I really mean this. I took to his way of dealing with people straight away. He is not, dare I say the stereotypical car salesman where you have to be on guard. On the contrary. Norman is non-pushy, very patient, customer oriented and knows the product he is selling. Best service by far. The folks at thos dealership did everything for my wife and i. They worked with us on the deal and in the end we the consumer came out where we wanted to be coming in. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Rich. Best service ever.

I was met by Norm Methe and had a great tour of the car I wanted. Test drove it. Norm was extremely helpful and because of his efforts IO decided to purchase the 2008 Honda that day. In Fact I encouraged by Partner to do so within a couple months or so. The next purchase will be with Norm. He took time to go through everything and taught me the phone system which wasn't easy. Rich was very helpful in purchasing our new minivan. He answerd all of our questions and was very personable. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to deal with. I would deffinatly come back to purchase my future vehicles, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
