Norman was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely kind and patient. We never felt pressured. We would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. He explained leasing a vehicle vs. purchasing in terms we could understand.

We first met Rich when I took our first car in for a routin oil change. He was very helpful in advicing us about buying a used car for my wife without imposing anything specific on us. We made notes on our conversation and went back a few weeks later and true to his advice, Rich helped us pick out a great car. This is the second car I have leased through Herb Chamber and Norman Methe. I could not be happier with the experience I have had at Herb Chambers. I am always welcomed warmly and treated with respect. Norm always finds time for me and answers my questions throughly. He never made me feel rushed or pressured into any decision. I will continue to lease cars though Herb Chambers and Norm as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Last Sunday my husband and I took my 86 year old mother on an informational outing to look at several small, economically priced cars for her use. The lease on her Honda Pilot is expiring, and since my father's death last year and her move to a senior community in Marlborough, she no longer needs a large SUV for transportation. Rich helped us through the entire process. Before I even went to the dealership, I knew that I was going to be a difficult customer because of the situation that I was in with the car that I owned. Rich and the staff at Herb Chambers helped put together a deal that met not only my expectations, but my hopes. Rich exceeded expectations on every level. We were orginally interested in Fit. For the time being while talking with Mr. Merlino, he described the pros and cons of Fit and Civic so that we could recoganise how Civic would fit to our needs. Also, the financial plan was perfect fit for us. I believe that Hearb Chambers Westboro is proud of themselves because they have such a great sales counsultant, Mr. Rich Merlino!
