This was my third Honda lease, but, my first time at Herb Chambers. Yuri was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From selecting a vehicle and negotiating a price to completing the registration and sticker process, he was a pleasure to work with. My experience at Honda was simple and hassle free!

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership as everything from sales to service has been great. Jim Sweeney is top-notch and the service manager is the best I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend to all and I do not give recommendations like this often.

I was searching for a new car so when i saw this car online, scheduled a test drive. I do live a good distance away, wasn't sure i should travel this far for a car. I was so impressed with Richard's friendly & professional manner, I trusted that I should go forward & purchase the car. Richard was able to get all the paperwork, registration completed so I could just make one more return trip to pick up the car. I would certainly recommend this dealership and commend Richard for getting the job well done!

My sales representative was very friendly and informative. Any questions I had regarding my purchase Nick was able to answer them. I left the dealership satisfied with my experience. I absolutely love my new car and I would recommend Herb Chambers Honda to my friends and family.

Rich created a wonderful atmosphere and supplemented the conversations with necessary details. As I was working with many other dealers at the same time, I am able appreciate the approach and details provided by Rich. Overall it was very pleasure working with Rich.

Mr. Lamborghini was extremely helpful in my search for a new car. His approach was kind and welcoming. Nothing seemed forced with him, and he was extremely useful by answering all of my questions. I know for a fact that he helped me with a little research on his day off. This man has great customer service and a winning attitude. I would recommend him to any of my friends looking to purchase a new Honda.

I wasn't really sure what i was looking for in a car. I had already been to several dealerships and wasn't happy with what I found. I feel very fortunate to have come across Rich Merlino at Herb Chambers. He not only helped me find the perfect vehicle, he was extremely helpful with all of my concerns. Henry was thorough, pleasant and provided answers to questions about the car with an urgency to provide the best customer service. Buying a car was stressful enough but our sales person Henry a great sense of humor and enlightened the car buying situation which made it a great experience fir my family. We will definitely be coming back to see Henry for our next vehicle and recommend him to our family and friends!
