Rich was very helpful and very kind. He took the time to explain everything and I did not feel like I was just another customer. I did not feel rushed at all and he answered any questions I had or have. It felt that he really cared for me as a customer instead of trying to make a business deal. Rich is a superb sales associate and I would recommend anyone who is making a car purchase to go to him. I really appreciated everything he did for me and he did his job very well. Thank you Rich.

Rich picked up right away that we were informed customers who were settled on model and trim, and with that in mind he treated us with respect and efficiency during all aspects of the purchase. I'm sure he is equally helpful to customers who need more guidance, but for us, we really appreciated that he made a simple purchase painless, even enjoyable.

We have had a very positive experience buying and getting our cars serviced at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. Matt Dency has been our salesperson whom we have come to trust and to appreciate. Matt does a great job. When Matt says he will do something, he keeps his word. The dealership is easy to work with and the 7 day a week service hours make getting work done very easy to schedule. Richard was both knowledgable and extra courteous. He answered all my questions in a friendly and honest manner. In addition, I felt at ease and confident I was buying the right car for me. I would recommend him as a salesman to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a car.

Incredible experience. Mr Sweeney went beyond the call of duty. Entire staff was friendly and focused on my needs. Best of the best. Greg, the general sales manager sweetened up the deal because of past purchases. The finance manager, Tom, made the numbers work. Great experience!

Rich was very helpful, upbeat, and easy to work with. He provided information on the characteristics of the vehicle and its benefits. He also explained the ins and outs of leasing which I was not completely clear on. He encouraged us to take a test-run around the neighborhood. This helped to seal the deal as my husband is very tall and i wanted to make sure he was comfortable in the car.

Rich was very helpful with the sale and all minor detail, he even loosen my plates for me, and upon delivery he was very thorough in describing the different options and helped me turn on my bluetooth. Rich Merlino was very responsive to my immediate needs in purchasing a vehicle. He listened to my concerns and understood that I needed to purchase a vehicle that day. In fact, he travelled to my home within a few hours of my initial phone inquiry to show me the vehicle I saw in a newspaper avertisement. After the sale, I appreciated the fact that he always made himself accessible to me during off hours in answering any questions about the vehicle.
