I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and my lone concern was that someone was going to try to talk me into something bigger and more expensive. Not only did they not try to pressure me into buying someonething more expensive, they made the process as quick as possible since I had already done the research.

My new Element arrived in my driveway with a HUGE gold bow on the roof! How can anyone beat that? Jim Sweeney personally drove it over and proceeded to give us a very concise and informative run down of all the bells and whistles. He also took the plates off our old Element and put them on the new one, getting his coat dirty in the process. He took it all in stride. Jim went over our paperwork and answered all our questions. The purchase and delivery of this Element was an absolute joy. Thanks!!

Yury was absolutely great. He was friendly, funny, and right to the point. He made the decision of getting a Honda very easy, and we felt good about buying it. He got us a wonderful price and did everything possible to make our sale pleasant for us. I would recommend this dealership and Yury in specific to anyone looking for a new car.

Jim and the dealership were very helpful, courteous and there every step of the way. A very pleasant experience and would most definitely recommend them to anyone I talk to. No pressure sales and was able to get a test drive within moments of walking into the dealership.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new pilot. Everything was done on a timely manner.. And they were patient with me while I figured out my finances with my bank.. The free carwashed are also awesome..everyone is super nice and to the point no game playing..

I had a very pleasant and successful time at this dealer. Nick greeted me at the door with a smile on his face, and everything went smooth from there. I highly recommend Herb Chambers in Westboro, and if you can get Nick as your salesman, I highly recommend that as well. I'm a young car buyer, and I must say if I can stick with Honda, and this dealership, I will!

Nick was absolutely the most helpful and patient salesman I have ever worked with. I have purchased many new and used cars in my lifetime and I have honestly never had such a great experience when making a car purchase. Nick never made me del pressured and was not going to rest until he helped me find the right car. Yury made my car buying experience very easy and comfortable. He listened to my need and made every effort to meet them. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a decision that I did not want to make. When you walk into the dealership everyone is very friendly with a smile on their face. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a car and wants a very laid back, easy experience.

This is the second car I have leased with Jim Sweeney as my sales consultant. Jim is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It is always a pleaseure to deal with him because he does all the work and I have nothing but the pleasure of driving off in my new car!!
