My new Element arrived in my driveway with a HUGE gold bow on the roof! How can anyone beat that? Jim Sweeney personally drove it over and proceeded to give us a very concise and informative run down of all the bells and whistles. He also took the plates off our old Element and put them on the new one, getting his coat dirty in the process. He took it all in stride. Jim went over our paperwork and answered all our questions. The purchase and delivery of this Element was an absolute joy. Thanks!!
Yury was absolutely great. He was friendly, funny, and right to the point. He made the decision of getting a Honda very easy, and we felt good about buying it. Jim and the dealership were very helpful, courteous and there every step of the way. A very pleasant experience and would most definitely recommend them to anyone I talk to. No pressure sales and was able to get a test drive within moments of walking into the dealership.
