Rich Merlino was very responsive to my immediate needs in purchasing a vehicle. He listened to my concerns and understood that I needed to purchase a vehicle that day. In fact, he travelled to my home within a few hours of my initial phone inquiry to show me the vehicle I saw in a newspaper avertisement. After the sale, I appreciated the fact that he always made himself accessible to me during off hours in answering any questions about the vehicle.
We have been dealing with Jim Sweeney for several years now. Every time we visit (even if it is just 'window shopping') we're greeted in a very friendly & professional manner and without undue sales pressure - we would definitely recommend Jim Sweeney & Herb Chambers Honda!
Mr. Merlino is a dedicated and attentive salesman. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and took time to show differences in Honda Fit models that were available. When I asked for something specific, he tired to fulfill my wish and if he could not he took the matter to his supervisor. His work is excellent.
Rich Merlino was extremely courteous & helpful. Our car buying experience was very pleasant. He was very clear about what features the car had and the process of car buying. The folder he put together with the carfax report, information on the work that will be done on the car prior to delivery was well done. Rich Merlino was by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He was very patient with me, helped me understand my options, and basically made the whole process very easy. Anthony Kent was also very helpful over the phone. I went to several dealerships during my search, and I have bought several cars in the past, and this was definitely the best experience.
