Mr. Merlino is a dedicated and attentive salesman. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and took time to show differences in Honda Fit models that were available. When I asked for something specific, he tired to fulfill my wish and if he could not he took the matter to his supervisor. His work is excellent.

Rich Merlino was extremely courteous & helpful. Our car buying experience was very pleasant. He was very clear about what features the car had and the process of car buying. The folder he put together with the carfax report, information on the work that will be done on the car prior to delivery was well done. When the services were not completed when we came to get delivery of the car, he did a great job of working with the service folks to ensure that everything was done and that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro and Mr. Rich Merlino as salesman. We at no time felt pressured tp buy and felt very comfortable with Rich. We felt he was honest and forthcoming as well as a pleasure to deal with. Chuck Bognanni Framingham Mass.

Who says buying a new car has to be difficult? Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and Henry Chew were a pleasure to deal with . By far the BEST and EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had! Rich Merlino was by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He was very patient with me, helped me understand my options, and basically made the whole process very easy. Anthony Kent was also very helpful over the phone. I went to several dealerships during my search, and I have bought several cars in the past, and this was definitely the best experience. No pressure. No games. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Me and my dad walked into Herb Chambers looking for a car. It was my first car, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect or how things worked. Rich Merlino was a kind pacient dealer who walked us through our options and got me a good car that was right for the job. He showed great costumer service, and even called to check on how the car was treating me! I was really impressed,

I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and my lone concern was that someone was going to try to talk me into something bigger and more expensive. Not only did they not try to pressure me into buying someonething more expensive, they made the process as quick as possible since I had already done the research.
