I would recommend this dealer at the highest level! Yury did an amazing job with a very difficult client (and my mother!) all in a day's time! The finance office even beat my bank's rate. I had not bought a car in 10 years and was dreading the experience and these great folk made it as pleasant and transparent as one could hope for. Ask for Yury - he's got a great accent and a wonderful personality. My only regret is that it may be another 10 years before I get another car given the reliability of Honda products.

My experience with Westborough Honda was great.Yury Menaker was very professional,fast and friendly.I would recommend this dealership and Yury to all my friends.Yury did everything in timely matter and more, even calling me the next day to see if I like the car. Thanks for a great job.

Very informative and helpfull. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Personality was right on. Easy to talk to and didn't overwhelm me. Took the time to be patient and not pushy. I now understand how to easy the process should be. Can't wait til my next car. would recommened a friend or family member any day. Worked out perfectly. Loved it.

I have a very difficult credit situation due to a recent business startup and a family illness. Tom and Jim were friendly, helpful, honest and not judgmental. I have been a Herb Chambers customer for years and will come back to deal with Jim and Tom again in 3 years at the end of my lease.

Excellent overall car buying experience! After stopping in to a Toyota dealership close by, I found the Herb Chambers Honda dealership was light years ahead! Clean showroom, friendly people. Anthony Kent was a huge help to us before we even set foot into the dealership and Norman Methe was a pleasure to work with!

After a horrible sales experience at Acton Toyota we decided to give Herb Chambers a try and we had the best sales experience that we've ever had. Dan Gosselin was great throughout the entire process and we ended up with a great car at a great price. I would purchase another car from him anytime!

Everyone I dealth with was friendly, knowledgeable and I really believed that they wanted me to have a good experience. We encountered a few snags (thanks Anthony and Matt for getting the car, and thank you Matt for working so hard to fix the wiper blade/fluid issue) and everyone was professional and willing to work with me to make everything work out. Dear Herb Chambers, This was our first experience at Dear Herb Chambers, This was our first experience at our Westboro Honda dealership. We were blown away by the customer service we recieved from Dave Chrisler. Dave spent an entire day with us, test driving cars and explaining lease options as well as buying options. After owning my Civic for about 11 years, I decided to finally get a new vehicle. Rich Merlino was the first salesperson to call me back after I visited several dealerships (Honda and others). He was respectful, patient, and a great listener. I did not feel hurried or pressured. I love my new vehicle! Thanks, Rich!
