I’m not happy with the service overall. I had repair done two weeks ago at this dealership, for diagnosis on rattling noise at high speed and brake repair. I was charged $169 for just diagnosis on the rattling noise. I was told the noise is due to low volume of engine oil, but not clear what caused the oil loss - diagnosis confirmed no external leaking; likely be internal problem - I was told to come back at 1000 miles to have oil level checked. I was really disappointed waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. They did not have the entire first floor heated. The ambient temperature was 38 degrees farinheight. All employees were wearing their winter coats. Date: 11-13-23.

Every, I mean every tolime I go into this dealership I have to argue about the maintenance package I have. I've talked to service manager, his manager and next is customer service. Sadly disappointed

Exercise Caution and Avoid This Dealer! I feel compelled to warn you about the dealership I recently had an unfortunate experience with. I entrusted my 2019 Honda Pilot to them for a rear camera recall service, only to encounter a string of issues afterward. Upon retrieving my car, I noticed that the air conditioning was no longer blowing cold air – a problem that had never manifested before, nor were there any indications of oil or refrigerant leakage prior to handing over the vehicle. I have had positive experience in the past but this time it was different. I was planning to take my vehicle for Maintenance this Sat. I had bought the car here. However due to my sudden travel plans I decided to do it 2 weeks from this date. I called the main reception to reschedule it and she put me on to Service department...waited for a long time before I dropped the call. My Service experience could not have been worse. They were factory installed defects and the Service Department could not of appeared more disinterested in resolving these repeated issues if they tried. The car was in the Service Dept. for 7 straight days. They subbed out the window repair that was factory installed to a hack vendor who only compounded the issue by not replacing the original windshield and opted to fix it with putty. Had issue with car not working and dashboard staying on when car was shut off. Had exact same issue a month ago and paid $1200 to Herb Chambers Dorchester and now told we needed new fuse box with relay for $700! Not Herb Chambers Westborough fault. They were great and communicative. Now I have to let Dorchester Herb Chambers know how disappointed I am.

I was there for two hours for an oil change. I value my time too much for that. I am not sure I will go back there.
