The used car RAV4 2018 I bought was given without the cover in the trunk and Steven Santo was justifying it that even in brad new cars doesn’t come with it, perhaps it is purchased separately.
Came to test drive 2019 CRV. Requested 10,000 for my car. Offered 8. Upgraded to 2020 CRV EXL, still would not give me more for my car. I feel they took advantage of a senior citizen. Within a few days my car was listed on their website for $13,998. Sent Mr. Bulger email and have not received the courtesy of a reply.
Friendly and courteous! Policy of not using two coupons such as oil change and tire rotation is not customer friendly.

AVOID Honda Westborough I would avoid Honda Westborough and in fact every single Herb Chambers entity. They don't care about you and just try and squeeze as much profit for example.

Brakes Thought a coupon was going to be applied however after paying I realized it wasn’t and was disappointed. Too tired to go back and deal with it.
Neglected Awful service. Our sales agent was not attentive. He was busy doing multiple sales at once. Left me, my husband and my 4 month old daughter waiting for almost 1 hour at one point while he went off and made another sale. A complete waste of our time. Didn't feel welcomed. Seemed as if our sale was not importaint. Will never go back and will never reccomend.
Buyer Beware! The traction light was on and I had to bring my vehicle back three times for them to finally diagnosis that the "vtm-4 control unit located in rear cargo area left side" needed replacing. Estimate= $863.64. I brought it to a local mechanic shop and he researched the traction light being stuck on. He calibrated the sensor for a total of $75.00. Problem solved! Sean was great. Service could have been better Service was not great. Had my son bring my vehicle in a he was ignored the entire 3 hours he was there. They were unable to do the inspection because the inspection machine wasn’t working.
