No shuttle service even with prior commitments I booked an appointment for car service with prior commitment for drop off back home. But when I checked in they straight away informed me there is no shuttle service without any hesitation. All they could say sorry and nothing they could do. Worst experience every time.

Worst Sales Experience ever. Tried to buy a Honda fit with these guys. After the deal has been set and i agreed to their asking price plus the hefty $459 Dealer Document fee they ran my credit and everything was good. Justin the finance Manager said he will call me back to finalize the deal... Never Called Back. Sent emails to the sales team... never got a reply. when I looked back on the website and in Autotrader I saw they increased the price of the car by $1000 and never had the guts to tell me if they did made a mistake ... read more

Cheap and incompetent New Odyssey, collision avoidance brakes with no car in front. Extremely unsafe! They have no clue how to fix. So cheap they never offered loaner.

Bad coordinator I was going to buy a Honda rigeline and when I was doing the test drive the sold the truck so when I pull over after the test drive the truck was SOLD . I was waiting for the truck and I was calling before the truck was at the dealer y drove 1 hr to get that . The sales person was really nice but he's co worker was mean . Good luck to all of you . Deceptive sales practice I bought a certified car and it was not. The certification took a week after I bought the car. A very frustrating experience. Poor management.

Great service, but I waited while I my car was repaired. No issues with the repair service or any of the staff. My problem is that during my 3 1/2 wait I tried to work. Chairs and table fine, wifi fine, coffee and donuts fine. But what possible reason could the dealership have for blasting SirusXM 1980's pop songs at the volume usually reserved for a noisy bar? Too expensive for service provided I believe that the team did an overall good review of my vehicle. I love the fact that they not only dropped me off at the office in the morning, but picked me up to retrieve my vehicle when it was ready. That type of service is usually only found at higher end dealers... The issue I have, as do many, is that taking your vehicle to the dealers to have oil changed, tires rotated, fluids checked, standard review, etc... is extremely costly. $300.00 for labor and $110 for parts!
