manager is very rude Trying to buy a uaed car there and the price was wrong based on what they said, and the manager was rude and doesn't want to admit there is amistake in the price posted online or work with us. Very bad experience, won'tgo there again.

Ignored much? I was not greeted upon entering until some man at a desk seemed shocked to see me standing there. I told him I had about 30 minutes because I had to be on time to an appointment. After 40 minutes nobody had co e to find me and I lingered by the mans desk until he finally came out of some door and looked once again shocked to see me and told me my car had been done for a while. Needless to say, I was not on time to the appointment I had booked months in advance.

Excuses Excuses Excuses Dropped my car off for a noisy engine four hours later call need to keep it over night. By 1:30 next day no call so I called them. Not only wasn't the issue fixed it turns out it needs over $1,000 in work. They had to keep it overnight to tell me this!? Not the first time I've had an issue with the service department but it will be the last. I WON'T BE BACK FOR REPAIRS OR A NEW CAR.

Don't even have time to talk on the phone I have used their service multiple times, but never been delighted. I would call them more in the acceptable range. My car is due for service, and decided to call them this morning. First of all, getting to the service department to make an appointment itself was longer than 8 minutes. Finally, when I did get to a service adviser, he told me that he does not have time to keep answering my questions, and stay on the phone. Purchase of new car Went to buy a new car and the sales Internet manager gave me the quote and mentioned that if you have a quote from competitive dealer they will provide best offer. But they don't not gave me a better offer and I was shown door out in a very rude manner saying they don't do any such thing. Complete waste of time. I will never again visit here or recommend it to anyone one.

Nightmare My car buying experience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wanted to trade in a lease vehicle I had - and buy a certified used car. I opted for a 15 Honda Pilot and was told it was a touring and had everything I was looking for. I left a deposit, and the next day I got a call saying they had made a mistake on the price and it was actually $2000 more than the price I agreed to pay. I said no thanks. employees Congratulation you have good employees working for you. They're very nice. Car is no good however. I just brought it home and it already has problems. I've brought the car 2x over there for them to fix.

This place is least helpful This place sucks. I walked in after work at 8 30 pm. Being an international student, and just starting work. There are some complications in applying loan. This dealer called John doesn't have the basic courtesy to run my profile since my social security is new. However, other dealers such as Toyota and Ford were friendly enough to run my history and see if I can apply for a financing option and offered me options for brand new cars. Disheartened I do not recommend this dealer! When I bought a Ford Escape from them at the end of December 2015 I had to wait a week for them to get the title. Then I had to wait another week for the car starter they forgot to put in. That appointment to put in the starter took 6 hours!! Then the car was bucking every time I tried to accelerate quickly so I brought it in for service and they said they "couldn't find anything wrong."
