I personably witnessed the EXTRA SERVICES not required, and all the customers deferred to their mechanics to perform the non required services. Please HERB stop those meetings to increase your bottom line. Herb is at the very bottom on his propeller plane (NOT A JET) to scoot to the Caribbean on YOUR dime, excuse my mechanic. I feel very bad for that poor girl to upsell his Caribbean yacht outing. Excuse me my 4 year old Pilot break fluid WAS DARK and needs to be replaced? Dark brake fluid will crash YOUR car??????? I waited more than 70 minutes this morning 2/22:2022. just for an oil change. I arrived about 7:35am for a 7:45 am service. I got my car back about 9:00 am and even it was no car wash. The appointment made on line.

Perkins was the worst salesman. Disinterested in helping us. Tried give us $5,000 less for our trade in so we’d have to pay more out of pocket. Kept saying there was only 2 CR-V in stock when the website showed at least 9. He was just trying to sell us the more expensive model. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership or salesman to anyone! This is the last time we will ever lease a Honda! I have a leased vehicle from this dealership. I needed a tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the person I spoke with at Herb Chambers that the service manager would personally drive me back and forth to my office that is less than 5 miles from the service center. I got very bad experience with manager. He give me appointment to show the car. I have came from long distance to see but car is not available. They lie to me.

None of my concerns were addressed, my car was literally looked over with zero intentions of solving legitimate issues I pointed out, my vehicle is still under factory warranty. Pointed out multiple imperfections I noted since my first day of ownership back in April 2021. This experience left a sour after taste, I shall never return to either purchase or service any of my vehicles. I’ll be sure to share my dealer experience to my piers as well.

Current Honda lease customer, called inquiring about a certain model & trim as my lease was expiring and was looking for a new lease. Called ahead to inquire which trims were available. I was told the trim I was looking for was not available, but that some were incoming and that there was another trim level that they would make available for a test drive if I set up an appointment. The last week of June I took my Honda Odyssey to Herb Chambers of Westborough to have the rear passenger sliding door fixed. I had the driver passenger door fixed during April vacation. I’ve had the van for 8 years so these things are going to wear out. This is expected. What is unexpected is that Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough scratched and dented my car with what I assume was the lift that was used during the repair.
