Consistently great service over the years I have been working with this dealership now for about 6 years and still haven't had a bad experience. great service with Georgina! As a first-time car buyer, I visited a number of dealerships to make sure that I was getting the right deal and quality service. Outstanding communication, very knowledgeable with product I have purchased several new Mercedes Benz vehicles in the past but never from a Herb Chambers dealership. When I located the most recent Mercedes Benz that I was interested in buying, I called Mercedes Benz of Boston and they scheduled me an appointment to come in to test drive the vehicle. Great Relationship 4 years ago I bought a car from Georgina and today I got an email from her checking in to see how everything is going with my car. It is so nice to know that after all this time she still cares about how I am and if I need anything with my car. This type of experience and long lasting relationship I have never had with anyone I bought a car from and it is really great to know she is always there if I need her.

Satisfied 100% I spontaneously went to Mercedes Benz when i started looking for a new car. I was approached in a very friendly and professional manner despite the dealership being very busy. When Georgina walked up to me, i immediately felt in good hands. She was incredibly professional and wonderfully helpful in walking me through my options.
