Very informative and relaxed interaction My wife and I visited today and test-drove a 2015 Golf Diesel. Bill Aitchison was very helpful and very knowledgeable about VW products. It was a pleasure to deal with him, and we called after our visit with follow-up questions. He was friendly, always patient and careful to check the facts when he answered our questions. We did not feel pressure from him at any time. We look forward to working further with him and to talking in more detail about pricing. Woody
Wonderful I had a wonderful expierence as soon as I met with bill. He made my visit to VW so easy. He explained everything so we understood as I don't understand everything about cars and all the policies. I appreciate the time spent and the attitude he gave us. We spent a lot of times there and went back after shopping around because his personality and knowledge made it so much better, and truly felt like our money was well spent.
Awesome salesman This is my second Jetta that I've leased from Northampton VW. Both times my salesperson was Jason Leclair. I couldn't recommend a better salesperson. He is always very kind and helpful not only to myself but my family as well who also leased cars from him. Great to come back to a familiar face. Keep up the good work.
Visit on 1/20/15 A very pleasant experience. Very thorough work to identify problem that was resolved. Great communication and very knowledgable and attentive personnel . Will definitely recommend to others and definitely will return when any problem arises and for services.
Technically we really didn't even have to buy a car, but I was driving a '09 Benz C300 beautiful car, but out of warranty, only issues with it being its a Benz and everything is crazy $, oil change $175! The closest dealership is about 3 hours since we moved. It just got to be a hassle. On a freezing cold Saturday evening my family & I took a drive thru the lot, and a used Tiguan caught my eye. problem back hatch Same great experience with the service department every time I bring my 2014 Golf in for service. Thought there was a leak in my back hatch because water seemed to be coming in when loading the car in a heavy rain with back hatch open. Turned out that there was no leak, just a minor design flaw.
