Great customer service! Mark and everyone else at Northampton VW were friendly, attentive, worked hard to get my business and make me a happy customer. I was about to cross over to Toyota but they pulled me back to the VW camp.

Best dealership I have ever experienced in the past 30 years From the moment I traded my car in for a 2013 Jetta for my daughters safety, its been a joyful experience with Northampton Volkswagen. I just went for my 10,000 mile oil change and they checked EVERYTHING on my car as well as the changing the oil. Not only that, they washed it for me too. Great service Had to do a 40,000 mile service and replace a couple of parts. The team was very friendly and professional. All details of the service were properly explained. The shuttle was on time and the driver (Tatiana?) was very professional and friendly. I also loved the complimentary car wash! This is a great idea to keep your customers happy :) the new building and outside space look awesome!

First time buyer- great experience! This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and quite honestly I was a little nervous about what the experience would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience I had! I found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and willing to work with me to find a deal I was happy with. 2014 VW Golf Outstanding. Took the car out for a test drive and it handked beautifylly. Traded my 2012 VW Golf fir a 2014 Golf. No hassles, no pressure, answered all of my questions and worked with me on price and trade in. I would highly recommend Northampton Volkswagon.

Good and friendly service The Service Rep was able to provide some good technical advice. He was able to explain why such expensive synthetic oil had to be utilized. Good and friendly service. Nice waiting area with wifi. They do need however to fix the bugs in this Questionaire/Review. If you make one mistake it wipes out several other fields and you end up correcting many different fields.
