Very nice The building is new and well equipped and easy access for disabled people. Heather and Ron made the purchase of the Passat easy. The actual picking up off the car could have been smoother, I feel that Joe, could have been, more polite over the phone regarding the down payment check.
Positive Outcome Ultimately the buying experience at Northampton Volkswagen was positive, although a few confusions & missteps along the way to the final sale created speed bumps in the process. Best dealership I have ever experienced in the past 30 years From the moment I traded my car in for a 2013 Jetta for my daughters safety, its been a joyful experience with Northampton Volkswagen. I just went for my 10,000 mile oil change and they checked EVERYTHING on my car as well as the changing the oil. Not only that, they washed it for me too. Great service Had to do a 40,000 mile service and replace a couple of parts. The team was very friendly and professional. All details of the service were properly explained. The shuttle was on time and the driver (Tatiana?) was very professional and friendly. I also loved the complimentary car wash! This is a great idea to keep your customers happy :) the new building and outside space look awesome!
First time buyer- great experience! This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and quite honestly I was a little nervous about what the experience would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience I had! I found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and willing to work with me to find a deal I was happy with.
