2014 VW Golf Outstanding. Took the car out for a test drive and it handked beautifylly. Traded my 2012 VW Golf fir a 2014 Golf. No hassles, no pressure, answered all of my questions and worked with me on price and trade in. I would highly recommend Northampton Volkswagon.
Great Experience I thought the dealership was great; the salesmen are very eager to work with you and are very friendly. They were able to give me a great deal on my car.
Good and friendly service The Service Rep was able to provide some good technical advice. He was able to explain why such expensive synthetic oil had to be utilized. Good and friendly service. Nice waiting area with wifi. They do need however to fix the bugs in this Questionaire/Review. If you make one mistake it wipes out several other fields and you end up correcting many different fields.
Best experience buying a car ever I have purchased five cars previously and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I've had experiences where things went faster, but what impressed me even more in this case was that there were unforeseen problems (due to problems with State Farm Insurance's call system), but we were made to feel comfortable and welcome to the point that we didn't really mind. Post-warranty repair On the final day of my warranty timewise, and out of warranty mileswise, I took my 2011 Golf TDI in because of leaking driver's side window gasket. After review of the problem, service staff at Northampton VW recommended I contact VW of America and request assistance with repair. VW of A in the end agreed to pay for the entire repair. Carolyn & Jason were great in the whole process of buying my new 2014 Jetta. Jason was a great sales man and not to pushy to make the sale like all other dealers/salesmen. Carolyn made my experience of taking home my new Jetta wonderful, she is an extremly knowlegable person of the cars she is going over with the customer. That extra time she spends going over everything in the car before you leave the lot makes your smile even bigger about buying your car at the right dealer!
