Bought a used Honda from herb Chambers of Westboro, had issues with starting intermittently. made appointment dropped car off was there for 2 days. I had to call to find out what they found out with the starting issue. Tristian said he had bad news and good so he gave me the bad news told us they could not make the car due the grinding noise after 50 starts! I had to drive the car and take video of it starting when this problem happens really!! Honda had Tech bulletins on these v6 engines and were suppose to do 2 more steps ... read more

Scheduled for an inspection, got called the day before to reschedule, they said it was a 4 or 5 hour job, show up and told it will be 3 or 4 days.

Worked with James SinClair and Alex Gould, worst experience of my life.. They where rude and did not have my vehicle done when promised even though I made a service appointment. Then come to find out when I left it still needed an alignment when I was told it did not. I put my family in this vehicle and the wheel was shaking and pulling to the right. I would give them a zero if I could. I just spent $800 on my 2009 Honda element getting a valve adjustment and a fuel injection cleaning. When I started the car there was a horrible squealing coming from under the hood that wasn’t there before. I went in to talk to the service Tech. And he had a mechanic come out to look at it. My partner was in the parking lot waiting for me since he drove me to pick up the car. And he overheard the mechanic call my car a piece of xxxx and that it wasn’t his issue what was going on. I am a very long time customer and will likely continue leasing cars from Herb in the near future but there is one annoying aspect of the dealership that is both amusing and could be improved so simply. Waiting. Annoying, intolerable waiting for those of us with no patience at all. Whether it is for service, sales, giving feedback, etc. it seems I am forever asked to "Just give me a second" as some Herb employee tends to some task that takes precedence over my time. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Drop in, no appointment. That all went well, more expensive than I thought, but everything is up these days! I was told that the cabin air filter needed replacement. (rodent droppings). Estimate repair was $99.55.!!! I bought a new filter on my way home for $22.00 and replaced it myself in ~5 minutes. 5X profit seems like a bit of a ripoff and also the old filter I removed was not that bad, no droppings, small shredded black foam, again no droppings and vacuumed clean in seconds

Current Honda lease customer, called inquiring about a certain model & trim as my lease was expiring and was looking for a new lease. Called ahead to inquire which trims were available. I was told the trim I was looking for was not available, but that some were incoming and that there was another trim level that they would make available for a test drive if I set up an appointment.
